Self Care Love Me

It was my first time doing expressive art and also ​getting to know more about expressing one’s inner ​thoughts with art. Being subconsciously carried into ​sketching and doodling random things on a blank ​piece of paper. Slowly filling up the gaps and finally ​realising what you truly are. Humans are always in ​denial including me. I have always denied that I was ​a workaholic until I had the chance to try out this ​activity. Ive managed to acknowledge my ​shortcomings and that I was indeed what I am. I ​believe what I had to do along was to acknowledge, ​accept the fact and how to move on to be a better ​me. I would encourage others to carry out this ​activity to understand yourself in a way that you ​might never know of until now
